Clock Tower of Gemanafushi
GA. Gemanafushi, Maldives
A slender clock tower marking the heart of Gemanafushi, conceived as a civic landmark and gathering point for the island community. The tower combines locally inspired detailing with a durable, low-maintenance structure suited to the tropical climate. At its base, a shaded plaza with seating provides a place for residents to meet, while the illuminated clock face makes the tower visible from the harbour after dark.
